How do I play?
Drag a piece from the tray onto the 8×8 board. Fill a full row or column to clear it. Clear several lines in a row for a combo. The game ends when none of the three pieces fits.
I bought "Remove Ads" but still see ads on another device.
Open the Store screen and tap "Restore purchases". Purchases follow your App Store or Google Play account, not the device.
Do rewarded ads ever play automatically?
No. A rewarded ad only plays when you tap "Watch ad". You can always spend coins instead.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In the EEA, UK and Switzerland: Store screen → "Privacy options". On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads.
Is my progress backed up?
Not yet. Progress, coins and awards are stored only on your device. Deleting the game deletes them. Cloud save is planned for a future update.
The daily challenge says I already played today.
Each daily puzzle can be played once. A new puzzle unlocks at midnight, local time.
Something is wrong or crashing.
Write to us with your device model and what you were doing. Crash reports (without personal data) help us fix problems quickly.
