Privacy Policy
Cubelo is a block puzzle game for iOS and Android. It does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, e-mail address, or contact details. This page explains what information the Game processes, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data stored only on your device
Your game progress (saved games, best scores, awards, coins, unlocked themes), settings, and a random install identifier are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to any server of ours. Deleting the Game deletes this data.
2. Third-party services
The Game uses the following service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, linked below.

3. Advertising and your choices
- Ads are never shown during a game. Rewarded ads only play when you tap to watch one; you can always spend coins instead.
- iOS: the Game asks for permission before using the advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are still shown, but not personalised using that identifier. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: a consent form is shown before ads are loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the "Privacy options" button in the Game's store screen.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads.
- Buying "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads permanently on all your devices signed in to the same store account (use "Restore purchases").
- Ad requests are configured with a content rating of PG or lower and are not tagged for child-directed treatment; the Game is intended for people aged 13 and over.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Local storage and purchases: performance of a contract. Analytics and crash reporting: our legitimate interest in keeping the Game working well; the data is pseudonymous. Personalised advertising: your consent.
5. Retention
Local data stays on your device until you delete the Game. Data held by the providers above is retained according to their policies; analytics events and crash reports are retained for a limited time and are not linked to your identity by us.
6. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Because the Game does not have accounts, most data can be removed by deleting the Game and resetting your advertising identifier. For anything else, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
Data sent to the providers above is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No server of ours stores your data.
9. Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and update the effective date above. Significant changes are announced in the Game's store listing.

Cubelo, iOS ve Android için bir blok bulmaca oyunudur. Hesap gerektirmez; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi veya iletişim bilgilerinizi istemeyiz. Bu sayfa Oyun'un hangi bilgileri, neden işlediğini ve seçeneklerinizi açıklar.
1. Yalnızca cihazınızda saklanan veriler
Oyun ilerlemeniz (kayıtlı oyunlar, rekorlar, başarımlar, coinler, açılan temalar), ayarlarınız ve rastgele bir kurulum kimliği yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; bize ait hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Oyun'u silmek bu verileri siler.

3. Reklamlar ve seçenekleriniz
- Oyun sırasında asla reklam gösterilmez. Ödüllü reklamlar yalnızca siz dokunduğunuzda oynar; her zaman bunun yerine coin harcayabilirsiniz.
- iOS: Reklam kimliği kullanılmadan önce izin istenir (App Tracking Transparency). Reddederseniz reklamlar yine gösterilir ancak bu kimlikle kişiselleştirilmez. Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme'den değiştirebilirsiniz.
- AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre: Reklamlar yüklenmeden önce bir onay formu gösterilir. Seçiminizi Oyun'un mağaza ekranındaki "Gizlilik seçenekleri" düğmesinden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz.
- Android: Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar'dan reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
- "Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımı geçiş reklamlarını kalıcı olarak kaldırır (diğer cihazlarınızda "Satın almaları geri yükle").
- Reklam istekleri en fazla PG içerik derecesiyle yapılandırılır; Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir.
4. Hukuki dayanaklar (AEA/BK)
Yerel saklama ve satın almalar: sözleşmenin ifası. Analitik ve çökme raporları: Oyun'u çalışır tutmaya yönelik meşru menfaat (veriler takma adlıdır). Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam: açık rızanız.
5. Saklama süresi
Yerel veriler siz Oyun'u silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Yukarıdaki sağlayıcılardaki veriler kendi politikalarına göre sınırlı süre saklanır; kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmez.
6. Çocuklar
Oyun 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız.
7. Haklarınız
Bulunduğunuz yere göre (KVKK, GDPR vb.) verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz ve taşınabilirlik haklarınız olabilir. Oyun'da hesap olmadığından verilerin çoğu Oyun'u silerek ve reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayarak kaldırılabilir. Diğer talepler için aşağıdaki adrese yazın; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
8. Güvenlik
Sağlayıcılara gönderilen veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (HTTPS). Bize ait hiçbir sunucu verinizi saklamaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Uygulamalarımız değişirse bu sayfayı ve yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz.
